Cali Turkey Club Croissant Sandwich

A twist on the regular club sandwich will be a new lunchtime favorite with avocado slices and a Pillsbury Croissant Bun.

Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
Avocado slices, 1/4-inch

Bacon, thick cut slices, cooked
2 each
Tomato slices, 1/4-inch
3 oz
2 each
Deli turkey, thin sliced
2 oz
2 each
Microgreens, fresh
1/4 cup
  1. Split croissant bun in half; spread 1 Tbsp mayonnaise on cut side of bottom piece.
  2. Cut cooked bacon pieces in half.
  3. Add 3 avocado slices, 4 bacon pieces, 2 tomato slices and 2 turkey slices.
  4. Top with 1/4 cup microgreens and remaining croissant bun piece; serve immediately.
